Group and the former State Economic Planning Commission (now the National
Development and Reform Commission) directly holding company, Zhonglian Economic
and Technological Development Company, through 66.7% and 33.3% investment
proportion. June 30, 1994, Zhonglian Fuji-Keizai Economic Consulting Co.,Ltd
was formally established. In June 2005, the original Chinese investors,
Zhonglian Economic and Technological Development
Company, changed to Beijing Yuanlin Dongsheng Trading Co., Ltd.
